Anyway I am starting weight watchers again, actually I've been on it a couple weeks, but then had a slip up. So I'm starting over again. So far I've lost a pound.
Last time I did weight watchers I kept a site and journal and it helped me a lot. Along with my weight loss support group. So I am going to try this again. I am excited to be back on weight watchers and excited to see the weight come off. I know I can do this.
